The Silbertal Enzian distillery:

Franz Zudrell began to produce the well-known and very popular Enzian Schnapps from the yellow and red Enzian (root) way back in 1919. This product was also used as a natural medicine for stomach problems and to encourage digestion.

Today, the youngest son, Werner Zudrell (Enzianhof), still makes it and sells it as a first-class product to countries all over the world.
